REO-ECO, a subsidiary with a registered capital of CNY 20 million, is located at No. 28 Nanhai Road, Hongze Economic Development Zone, Huai’an City. Specialized in sustainable recycled new materials, the company integrates R&D, production and marketing of high-grade rPET materials to mitigate global plastic pollution and carbon emissions.

A 100,000-ton-per-year project for sustainable PET chips has been built, requiring CNY 500 million in fixed-asset investment across a 100-acre site. Core equipment includes unpackers, cleaning machines, pre-crystallization drying systems and melt filters. Regarded as a benchmark project for green, low-carbon and circular manufacturing, the facility follows this fixed production workflow:

rPET bottle flakes → ultrasonic cleaning → airflow drying → melt extrusion → melt filtration → cast belt pelletizing → drying → vibrating screening → finished product packaging. After its launching, the project has achieved an annual capacity of 100,000 tons with revenue up to CNY 400 million.
